Hershey Bears Hold Annual Autograph Night

The Hershey Bears annual Team Autograph Night has become one of the best nights of the season for many Bears fans. Sunday night, following the Bears victory over Manchester, hundreds of fans lined up to get autographs and pictures with their favorite Bears players. Not only did the fans get to go on the ice and get autographs, the experience gives them a chance to interact with the players as well.

Bears President and General Manager Doug Yingst recalls the event dates back at least 30 years to the days in Hersheypark Arena.

Yingst says it started out as a promotion by Kodak and included prizes for fans. Now the evening includes a team photo giveaway and an autograph session. All the Bears are more than willing to take individual photos as well during the 90 minute session.
