Stan Galiev Scores Two Goals on His Birthday

After one heck of a goal in the first period, Stan Galiev topped of his birthday with a game winning goal to put his Hershey Bears into first place.

“Obviously we want to win every game,” Galiev said after the game. “That’s a huge two points for us and we are finally on top in the standings. Hopefully we keep playing like that and good things will happen.”

To turn 23 and score two goals on the same day helps make a birthday very memorable. “Best one so far. Two goals, never had that happen before (on my birthday.)”
