David Leggio Registers First Win In Giant Center Since Departure From Hershey

The Bears aren’t going to win every home game. It only seemed like they could. Facing their former teammate, Portland goalie David Leggio, the Bears dropped a 5-1 decision to the Pirates on Sunday night at Giant Center.
It was the first time since the first weekend in November that the Bears had two regulation losses in a three game weekend. After taking a 1-0 lead, the Bears gave up five unanswered goals. Leggio made 23 saves for the surging Pirates.Portland won all three of their games this weekend to move into 6th place in the Eastern Conference standings.
