An annual tradition at Giant Center had a special significance on Wednesday night. Hershey Bears season ticket holder night featured a brand new scoreboard and 360-degree LED ribbon board. Fans got to interact with their favorite Bears and take a look at the fancy new HD screen that will sit over center ice.
One of the events that was included was the hardest shot competition, where rookie Madison Bowey took home the prize with a slapshot registering in at 98 mph. All Bears fans will get to take a look at the scoreboard on Thursday night as the Chocolate and White take on the Albany Devils in their first pre-season game at 7 pm.
