After a scoring change on one of Hershey’s goals Friday night, forward Chris Bourque has matched his career high for points in a game with another five-point performance against Rochester.
As first tweeted by the voice of the Bears Zack Fisch, Bourque has had four other five-point games in his career.
His most recent five-point game came against Norfolk on December 11, 2011 (2 goals, 3 assists). Other games include October 14, 2011, at Norfolk (2 goals, 3 assists), January 30, 2010, versus Albany (1 goal 4 assists), and January 21, 2006, against the Portland Pirates (1 goal, 4 assists).
Bourque now has 16 points on the season, tied for first in the AHL with Stockton’s Andrew Mangiapane. His career AHL point total currently sits at 655 and is at 549 in 550 games in a Chocolate and White sweater for his career.
