Hershey Bears family skate provides special memories at outdoor rink

After the Hershey Bears first outdoor practice on Thursday afternoon, the ice was opened up to friends and family to take time to share and enjoy the ice together.

Children and significant others of some of the Bears joined them on the ice at Hersheypark Stadium to shoot some pucks, skate around, and have fun in a unique environment.

Players like Garrett Mitchell and Chris Bourque brought their kids out onto the ice in a unique way: strollers and sleds. Other players took some time with their girlfriend, fiancée, or wife to have them show off their skills.
