Hershey Bears Photos of The Year 2015
During the 365 days of 2015, I took thousands of photos at numerous Bears games and related events. Unfortunately, being the one-man band I am, it’s extremely tough to go though all of them and publish all the best ones. That’s why we now take a look back at 2015 with the best photos that never were published anywhere.
The two photos seen above are from an event where Bears players took on middle schoolers in floor hockey. Tomas Kundratek, Michal Cajkovsky, Stan Galiev, and Philipp Grubauer took on sixth, seventh, and eight graders, giving the kids a chance to beat future NHL-ers.
Connor Carrick tests out his stick before a game in Wilkes-Barre.
Philipp Grubauer stands between the circles during the national anthem in Lehigh Valley before the Bears game in which they scored their 20,000th goal.
This might have been the event of the year as Bridgeport and Hershey had a full out line brawl in February. We published a lot of photos from that event, but never this one of Pheonix Copley grabbing onto Kevin Poulin.
Nate Schmidt smiles at morning skate during Hershey’s last trip to Norfolk.
Andre Burakovsky spend only a little bit of time in Hershey, but here’s a photo of him looking up at the scoreboard during warm-ups before a game in Norfolk.

Chris Bourque and Troy Mann shake hands at the end of the Bears and Hartford Wolf Pack playoff series in May of 2015. Two months later, Chris Bourque would once again be a Hershey Bear.
