USA men’s hockey team moving on to quarterfinals with 5-1 win over Slovakia

The United States men’s national hockey team will be moving on to the 2018 Winter Olympics quarterfinals after a big 5-1 victory against Slovakia.

Ryan Donato picked up two goals for the US as well as James Wisniewski, Mark Arcobello, and Garrett Roe each picking up one for the red, white and blue.

Chris Bourque would finish the night with 17:08 minutes of time on ice, as well as three shots, two coming in the first period.

The USA will face off against the Czech Republic at 10:10 pm EST on Tuesday, February 20, in the quarterfinals.
