21-minute Behind the Scenes video with Hershey Bears equipment team premiering Wednesday night

Chocolate Hockey is excited to announce the premiere of a special 21-minute documentary taking you behind the scenes of the Hershey Bears equipment team.

On December 21, 2018, we had the unique opportunity to have all-access with the Hershey Bears equipment staff, following them from 8 am to 11 pm.

Throughout the day, Bears head equipment manager Josh Carter wore a microphone. The piece also follows Bears assistant equipment manager Dillon Filepas and equipment team assistant Randy Diem.

Moments from the day include creating a nameplate for a new player’s jersey, working with goaltender Ilya Samsonov on how sharp his skates are, and assisting Mike Sgarbossa on the pitch of his skate.
