Chocolate Fix 3/16/11

The Old Barn Hockey Show was back once again, but still without John Walton.  Frank Schofield and Brock Kerchner once again hold down the fort. [OBHS]

  • Part 1: Bears talk and Brock expresses his love(?) for the shootout.
  • Part 2: The boys are joined by Mitch Lamoureux to talk about the Zdeno Chara hit and the NHL.
  • Part 3: Former Bear Frederic Cassivi talks about his time after the Bears.
  • Next week’s show should be the recording from Monday night’s live show and the Penn Hotel in Hershey.  Someone should let us know how many beers Brock had to buy.

It appears that John Walton now has his own podcast, however the media doesn’t appear to be working. Hopefully it will get fixed. [JW]

Lastly, I came across this riveting video recap of the ‘controversial’ Bears vs Soundtigers game on 2/27.  This is a MUST SEE! [youtube]

  1. WOW!!!

I just woke from my coma after watching 5 seconds of that “riveting video” of the “controversial” game. So, I guess he was upset that there was a waived off goal and he didn’t go check the video. Just how many games has he gone too? The AHL doesn’t use replay.

Alright, I think my blood is flowing again…. yep I do have a pulse.
