Former Bear and AHL MVP Keith Aucoin to Switzerland
Two time Calder Cup champion Keith Aucion is heading overseas. The leading scorer for the Chocolate and White during the 2009-10 campaign has signed a deal with Ambrì-Piotta of the NLA in Switzerland. After spending 13 seasons between the AHL and NHL, Aucion will play in Europe for the first time in his career.

Mark French, the man who lead the Hershey Bears to the best season in team history, is back in North America. French was recently named head coach of the WHL’s Calgary Hitmen.
Former Hershey Bear Dean Arsene Retires

The “Mayor of Hershey” Dean Arsene has announced his retirement. Via Heat Central, Arsene announced his retirement late Wednesday night. “You don’t want anybody telling you you can’t play because nobody wants you,” Arsene told the Abbotsford News. “I kind of knew physically and mentally that it was coming down to the wire, it was coming down to the end. To end at home was the best way for me to go out.”

Hershey Bears Exit Interview and Locker Clean Out Day
Monday morning might be the final time some Bears players ever walk though Giant Center as a Bear. As the 2013-14 season comes to a close, the Bears players took some time to reflect on their season as they cleaned out their lockers. It was a surreal moment for all as Hershey missed the playoffs for the first time in eight seasons.
